**IHRE AUFGABEN**:
- kompetente Beratung der HR Business Partner*innen und Führungskräfte in Vergütungsfragen
- Entwicklung von Richtlinien und Konzepten zur Sicherstellung wettbewerbsfähiger Vergütungen und Benefits
- konzeptionelle und strategische Ausarbeitung von vergütungsrelevanten Themen
- Steuerung von Projekten mit Vergütungsbezug gemeinsam mit den HR Business Partnern*innen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung der jährlichen Gehaltsrunden
- Übernahme von fachlich komplexen Sonderaufgaben und Beantwortung von Grundsatzfragen mit kollektivrechtlichem Charakter im Bereich der Personalabrechnung / Compensation Management
- Prozessoptimierung in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Ansprechpartnern*innen
- Schnittstelle zu externen Institutionen (Wirtschaftsprüfung / Ämter / Sozialversicherung...)
***WAS WIR ERWARTEN**:
- abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder vergleichbar) mit dem Schwerpunkt Datenanalyse oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
- fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Compensation and Benefits und Payroll Management
- relevante Berufserfahrung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Bereich, gerne erworben im Beratungsumfeld
- Erfahrung in der übergreifenden Steuerung von Projekten
- sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, speziell in SAP HCM
- hohe Ziel und Ergebnisorientierung
- strategische und analytische Denkweise, gepaart mit einer präzisen Arbeitsweise
- hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
