Deine Aufgaben
- Dank Dir wird unser Daily Business im Business Banking jeden Tag noch sicherer: Du bist Ansprechpartner*in zu allen Fragen und Themen rund um das Thema Fraud in Business Banking und verantwortest die Compliance unserer End-to-End Prozesse mit den regulatorischen Vorgaben zur Betrugsprävention.
- Ebenfalls auf Deinem Radar: unsere Analyse-, Qualitätssicherungs
- und Reporting-Prozesse.
- Damit alles reibungslos klappt, kooperierst Du eng mit unseren operativen Teams und Prozessexpert*innen und erarbeitest Vorgaben für unsere Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessdokumentationen - alles mit einem Auge auf IT und Digitalisierung.
- Auch im Zusammenspiel mit unserem Management, dem Risiko-Management und Regulatoren überzeugst Du mit Kompetenz und entwickelst als zentrale Schnittstelle fachgerechte Lösungen.
- Du übernimmst die Ausgestaltung unserer jährlichen strategischen Initiativen / Jahrespläne und hast dafür natürlich sowohl interne als auch externe Trends auf dem Radar. Was zu uns passt, setzt Du federführend in unsere Governance um.
- Bei all dem können sich Deine Führungskraft sowie lokale und globale Stakeholder*innen voll und ganz auf Dich verlassen: ob als Sparringspartner*in, Vertreter*in oder Berater*in.
- Mit Deinem strategischen Gespür unterstützt Du bei der Findung von schlanken und intelligenten Initiativen zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Way of Workings, unserer Mission und unseres Profils innerhalb und außerhalb des Segments.
- Nicht zuletzt hilfst Du uns mit Deinem ruhigen Auftreten, Präsentationsgeschick und einer gewissen Prise Humor, unsere Initiativen kurz und prägnant zu kommunizieren. Auch bei komplexen Fragestellungen hast du stets eine Antwort parat.

Dein Profil
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebs
- / Volkswirtschaftslehre, Mathematik oder des Wirtschaftsrechts oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Relevante Berufserfahrung im Banken-, Beratungs
- oder Start-up-Umfeld, idealerweise im Governance-, Risk
- und Compliance-Bereich
- Verständnis für die IT- und Prozesslandschaft im Bankenumfeld sowie Know-how zu Schnittstellen zur Betrugsprävention im Kredit
- sowie Kontengeschäft
- Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen und Menschen, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytische Denk
- und eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Fit in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), gerne Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement
- und Kollaborations-Tools (ServiceNow, Atlassian)
- Vorbild in aktiver Feedback-Kultur und empathisches Kommunikationstalent
- Multiplikator*in eines gemeinschaftlich orientierten und positiven Miteinanders
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, Wort und Schrift
