General Accounting Expert

für unser General Accounting Team innerhalb der Accounting Record-to-Report (R2R) Organisation am Standort Berlin.

Die Funktion Accounting R2R als Teil des Bereichs Finance Business Support bündelt das Bilanzierungswissen im Vattenfall-Konzern und stellt die Abbildung rechnungslegungsrelevanter Sachverhalte der Unternehmen der betreuten Business-Units in Übereinstimmung mit gesetzlichen und Konzernvorgaben sicher. Die Hauptaufgaben der Funktion Accounting R2R umfassen die Bearbeitung sämtlicher Bilanzierungssachverhalte gemäß IFRS und HGB, die Erarbeitung der Buchungsvorgänge, die Organisation und Betreuung der Abschluss
- und Prüfungsprozesse sowie die Bereitstellung von Abschlussdokumenten. Die Funktion arbeitet in einer länderspezifischen Organisation für den Bereich der Hauptbuchhaltung ergänzt um ein internationales Team für die Anlagenrechnung. Finance Business Support arbeitet mit einem Outsourcing Partner (Business Process Outsourcing - BPO) zusammen, der auch die Funktion Accounting R2R mit Teilprozessen unterstützt.

Als General Accounting Expert erbringen Sie Kernaufgaben aus dem Leistungsspektrum der Funktion Accounting R2R und tragen zur Erfüllung der Leistungsziele bei. Ihr Verantwortungsbereich umfasst auch die Unterstützung des Managements bei der Kommunikation mit den betreuten Business-Units und der Koordination von Aufgaben im eigenen Bereich.

Ihre Rolle als General Accounting Expert

Sie werden als General Accounting Expert einige Gesellschaften innerhalb des Vattenfall Konzerns eigenständig rund um alle Rechnungslegungsfragen betreuen. Sie berichten an den Team Manager Accounting R2R Germany.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Hauptbuchhaltung und Abschlusserstellung für ausgewählte Konzerngesellschaften
- Erstellen und Überwachen monatlicher Abgrenzungsbuchungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Mitarbeiter:innen der Fachbereiche im Business (einschl. verantwortlicher Koordination der Ermittlung, Aufbereitung und Analyse der Umsatzerlöse sowie Beschaffungsaufwendungen)
- Eigenverantwortliche Erarbeitung des monatlichen/quartalsweisen IFRS-Reportings unter Beachtung aller einschlägigen internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (IFRS) und Accounting Directives von Vattenfall AB
- Selbstständige Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen und aktives Mitwirken bei den Abstimmungen im monatlichen Reporting mit den Controlling-Bereichen
- Erstellen des HGB-Jahresabschlusses unter Beachtung aller einschlägigen gesetzlichen Regelungen
- Durchführen, Nachhalten und Dokumentieren der internen Kontrollen gemäß der von Vattenfall definierten Internal Financial Controls
- Verfolgen von Änderungen der einschlägigen Rechtsvorschriften und Änderungen der Bilanzierungs
- und Reporting-Regeln des Vattenfall-Konzerns und Ableiten von Beratungsbedarfen zur Anwendung der neuen/geänderten Vorschriften
- Beratung der betreuten Business-Units in allen Fragen zu bilanziellen Effekten von neuen bzw. geänderten Geschäftsmodellen, Vertragsmustern, Restrukturierungsvorhaben etc.
- Ausbau und Pflege der guten Zusammenarbeit mit internen Ansprechpartnern der betreuten Business-Bereiche sowie mit externen Service-Providern (BPO-Provider)
- Leistungserbringung unter Einhaltung hoher Qualitäts
- und Terminvorgaben sowie unter Berücksichtigung der Konzernregelwerke
- Mitarbeiten in bereichs
- und konzernweiten oder fachbereichsübergreifenden Projekten

**Profile**:
Ihr Profil als General Accounting Expert
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes fachspezifisches Fachhoch-/Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Sie haben mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB, IFRS und Steuerrecht
- Sie haben gute fachspezifische Software-Kenntnisse, insbesondere SAP (FI Modul) und Microsoft Office
- Sie arbeiten sehr zuverlässig, verbindlich sowie eigenverantwortlich und bewegen sich gerne in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Sie sind offen für Veränderungen und arbeiten vertrauensvoll mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen
- Sie verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch ist verhandlungssicher
- Kenntnisse der Energiewirtschaft sind von Vorteil
