**Arbeitsbeschreibung**

In dieser Rolle tragen Sie dazu bei, die Data-Science-Praxis voranzutreiben und spielen eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, die Anwendung fortschrittlicher Datenanalysen und maschinellen Lernens als Kernbaustein für unsere Marktangebote voranzutreiben. Helfen Sie bei der Projektabwicklung für maschinelle Lernarbeiten und konzentrieren Sie sich dabei darauf, wie die Kundenerfahrung und das Kundenverständnis verbessert werden können, um letztendlich das Geschäftswachstum unserer Kunden zu unterstützen.

Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie mit Einzelpersonen in verschiedenen Abteilungen, Branchen und Regionen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass immer mehr Lösungen, die wir auf den Markt bringen, daten
- und erkenntnisgesteuert sind und gleichzeitig dabei helfen, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Kundenwachstum zu identifizieren.

**Ihre Wirkung**
Zu den Kernschwerpunkten unserer Data Science & Analytics-Gruppe gehören Kundenanalysen (Segmentierung, Verhaltensanalyse, Personalisierung, Empfehlungssysteme, Prognosen) unter Nutzung von 1st-Party-, 3rd-Party
- und verschiedenen Arten externer Daten
Analysen großer Datensätze und angewandte Erkenntnisse, um personalisierte Kundenerlebnisse über mehrere Sektoren hinweg in digitalen Umgebungen zu schaffen
Sie beraten Kunden bei der Definition von Geschäftsproblemen und beraten Sie bei der Anwendung von Datenanalysen, Business Intelligence und maschinellem Lernen zur Lösung dieser Probleme
Sie erkennen neue Möglichkeiten im Bereich Data Science & Analytics und entwickeln praxisnah Analyselösungen
Sie konzentrieren sich stark auf Kundenanalysen und tauchen tief in Daten von Erst
- und Drittanbietern ein, um das digitale Kundenverhalten zu messen, zu analysieren und zu aktivieren
Sie erstellen umfassende Dashboards für Geschäftsanwender und Managementebenen, um datengesteuerte Erkenntnisse für deren Unternehmen zu generieren
Sie setzen fortschrittliche Analyse
- und Statistikmethoden ein, um Daten für die (prädiktive) Modellierung aufzubereiten und zu analysieren, vom Prototypen bis zur Produktion (erweiterte Segmentierung, Hyperpersonalisierung, Empfehlungsgeber usw.), mit einem Schwerpunkt, aber nicht beschränkt auf Kundendaten (auch Fahrzeugdaten)., Produktdaten, POS-Daten etc.)
Sie helfen uns dabei, Standards für statistische Analysen, maschinelles Lernen und Datenvisualisierung zu etablieren, um die Konsistenz zwischen Projekten und Teams sicherzustellen, und erstellen Berichte und Präsentationen für relevante Stakeholder (kundenseitig und intern).

**Qualifikationen**
**Heben Sie sich ab mit**
Erfahrung in datengesteuertem Marketing, Kampagnenentwicklung, -messung und -optimierung, Martech, CDP usw.
Verständnis von Daten(management)plattformen (CDP, CRM, DMP, Big Data Lakes, Cloud) und Tools (ETL, Verarbeitung, Marketingautomatisierung etc.)
Erfahrung in Produktionsumgebungen für Machine-Learning-Produkte, einschließlich Kenntnisse der Tools, die für die Modellbereitstellung und das Lebenszyklusmanagement im ML-Engineering benötigt werden (Docker, Kubernetes)
Technische Kenntnisse über Web-/App-Tracking-Lösungen (z. B. Adobe/Google Analytics), Datenvisualisierungstools (Tableau & Power BI)
Kenntnisse der Software-Engineering-Prinzipien und Bereitstellungsmethoden (vorzugsweise in Cloud-Umgebungen)
Branchenerfahrung im Automobil-, Gesundheitswesen-, Logistik-, Finanzdienstleistungs
- oder Energie
- und Rohstoffsektor
Fließend Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich, Geschäftsumfeld, komplexe Konzepte) und Englisch
