**Your Role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced student of computer sciences for the development of neuromodulation devices /brain-machine-interfaces for innovative bioelectronic therapies to treat diseases where patients lack effective treatment options. We are looking for a 6-month internship but are flexible with different time models. As part of our Bioelectronics program team, you will be responsible for supporting analyses of experiments and biosensor data. You will be working with large databases, aggregating, analyzing, and visualizing data. You will work with our interdisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, physicians, and the lab team. You will contribute to the success of our innovative approaches at the frontier of neuroscience in bioelectronic medicine at our headquarters in Darmstadt.
**Who you are:
- Student of computer sciences / engineering with data analysis and software development experience
- Strong command of Python, expertise with dashboard frameworks (e.g., streamlit, dash)
- Strong problem-solving skills and motivation to write performant and clean code with high quality
- Experience with team-based development projects, tools (Git, Azure), and agile approaches
- Strong team player; able to work within a highly multidisciplinary environment
- Interest in biomedical questions
- Database knowledge / experience with AWS
