Technische*r Assistent*in (BTA/CTA) im
Bereich Pflanzenmikroben und Molekularbiologie

Die*der Technische Assistent*in arbeitet in einem dynami
- schen Forschungsteam, das sich mit der Interaktion zwischen
Pflanzen und Mikroorganismen sowie molekularbiologischen
Fragestellungen beschäftigt. Die Stelle ist der Arbeitsgruppe
von Prof.‘ Dr.‘ Alga Zuccaro und der DFG Forschergruppe
FOR5682 zugeordnet.

IHRE AUFGABEN
Laborarbeiten und Experimentelle Unterstützung:

- Durchführung von experimentellen Arbeiten im

Bereich Pflanzenmikrobeninteraktionen und molekular
- biologischen Verfahren
- Vorbereitung und Pflege von Pflanzenproben und
mikrobiellen Kulturen
- Extraktion und Analyse von DNA, RNA und Proteinen
aus Pflanzen
- und Mikrobenproben
- Durchführung von PCR, qPCR, Gel-Elektrophorese,
Western Blot und anderen biochemischen und
molekularbiologischen Techniken

Datenanalyse und Dokumentation:

- Erfassung und Auswertung von experimentellen Daten
- Pflege detaillierter Laborprotokolle
- Mitwirkung an der Interpretation und Präsentation

von Forschungsergebnissen
Labororganisation und -management:

- Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Wartung und

Kalibrierung von Laborgeräten
- Einhaltung der Sicherheits
- und Hygienevorschriften

im Labor
Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung:

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Wissenschaftlerinnen und

Wissenschaftlern bei der Planung und Durchführung
von Forschungsprojekten
- Schulung und Anleitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden
und Studierenden in Laborverfahren und -techniken

IHR PROFIL
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Biologisch-technische*r

Assistent*in (BTA), Chemisch-technische*r Assistent*in
(CTA) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit molekularbiologischen und
mikrobiologischen Techniken
- » Kenntnisse im Bereich Pflanzenphysiologie und
- biochemie sind von Vorteil
- ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und
sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine
proaktive Arbeitsweise

Sofern die entsprechenden tariflichen und persönlichen
Voraussetzungen vorliegen, richtet sich die Vergütung
nach der Entgeltgruppe 9b TV-L.
