**Your Main Responsibilities Will Include**
- Scheduling and managing appointments for the engineering team.
- Organizing and leading meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Taking responsibility for tasks, from the idea to implementation.
- Creating, maintaining and updating technical documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting in project coordination and monitoring project milestones.
- Coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- General secretarial tasks.

**What We Expect**
- Completed vocational or technical education.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in German and English language.
- Technical understanding and the ability to comprehend and edit technical documents.
- Proficiency in office software and project management tools.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
