**Head of Talent Acquisition**

Du fühlst dich in der Talent Acquisition Welt zuhause und möchtest deine Expertise einsetzen, um Fachbereiche operativ zu beraten und Recruitingprozesse zu steuern? Gleichzeitig hast du ein Interesse daran, übergreifende Recruitingthemen deutschlandweit strategisch zu analysieren, zu optimieren und gemeinsam in Projektteams neue Standards zu setzen?

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Eigenständige Abwicklung und Steuerung der operativen Recruitingprozesse sowie Beratung der Fachbereiche zu Recruiting Themen
- Auswahl und Design geeigneter Suchstrategien je Zielgruppe sowie das Identifizieren innovativer Ansätze zur Mitarbeitergewinnung
- Mit deiner Erfahrung im Active Sourcing gestaltest du für Holcim gewinnende Prozesse im Bereich der Direktansprache
- Du bist erste Ansprechperson zu den Themen Recruiting, Employer Branding und Active Sourcing für relevante Schnittstellen (intern wie extern)
- Du koordinierst und begleitest recruitingnahe Trainingsangebote (bspw. Interviewtrainings, Workshops).
- Du präsentierst die Holcim Gruppe auf Job
- und Karrieremessen und stärkst die Zusammenarbeit mit Schulen und Hochschulen
- Mitarbeit bei und Steuerung von Employer Branding und Recruiting Projekten

**Unser Anforderungsprofil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt HR oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Begleitung von Recruiting Prozessen innerhalb eines Unternehmens oder in der Personaldienstleistung
- Dich zeichnen Kommunikationsgeschick und Fingerspitzengefühl aus, du denkst mit und möchtest deinen Verantwortungsbereich eigenständig gestalten
- Mit exzellenten IT-Kenntnissen und einer Affinität zu Digitalisierungsthemen bist du bestens für die Zukunft gerüstet
- Auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizierst du auf hohem Niveau und trittst sicher und professionell auf
