The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate and partner with the European and Global Functions People and Culture Business Partners in pursuit of our ambitious business strategy and transformation plans and specifically manage the recruitment of roles which are critical to deliver business objectives.

Als Talent Acquisition Partner wirst du mit den People and Culture Business Partnern für die europäischen und globalen Funktionen zusammenarbeiten, um unsere ehrgeizige Geschäftsstrategie und Transformationspläne voranzutreiben. Du wirst insbesondere für die Rekrutierung von Positionen verantwortlich sein, die entscheidend sind, um die Geschäftsziele zu erreichen.

Du berichtest an den Talent Acquisition Manager für Europa und agierst als Experte für Talent Acquisition mit fundierten Fachkenntnissen in mindestens einer Corporate Function oder Spezialisierung. Deine Aufgabe wird es sein sicherzustellen, dass wir vielfältige Talente mit kritischen Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen anziehen und einstellen. Du hast nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung von Direktbeschaffungsaktivitäten für eine Vielzahl von Positionen und nutzt dabei verschiedene Beschaffungs
- und Anziehungskanäle. Du beherrschst Direktbeschaffungstechniken wie beispielsweise Headhunting mit LinkedIn Recruiter, Anzeigen und Social-Media-Rekrutierung.

Du wirst für den gesamten Besetzungsprozess verantwortlich sein und proaktiv mit Stakeholdern zusammenarbeiten und sowohl mit Kandidaten als auch mit Vorgesetzten während des Einstellungszyklus kommunizieren. Dadurch schaffst du eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung für beide Seiten und resultierst in der Einstellung vielfältiger Talente höchster Qualität für unser Unternehmen. - und Englischkenntnisse.

**Key accountabilities**
- Ensure recruiting is delivered as part of the broader People & Culture and talent & capability strategies through strategic partnering.
- Provide functional expertise and insight around talent acquisition challenges and best practices ensuring that KPIs are met and priorities are fully understood and delivered.
- Manage the selection, presentation, negotiation, offer, closing and administrative aspects involved in full-lifecycle recruiting.
- Contribute towards recruiting team projects and contribute to continuous process improvement

- Bereitstellung von fachlicher Expertise und Einblick in Herausforderungen und bewährte Verfahren im Talent Acquisition-Bereich, um sicherzustellen, dass KPIs erfüllt und Prioritäten vollständig verstanden und umgesetzt werden
- Authentische Vertretung unserer Marke und unseres Arbeitgeberwertversprechens auf dem Markt und effektive Anziehung eines vielfältigen Pools potenzieller Kandidaten
- Bewerber screenen, interviewen und bewerten, um qualifizierte Kandidatenkandidaten und Einblicke für die Einstellungsmanager bereitzustellenVerwaltung der Auswahl, Präsentation, Verhandlung, Angebotsabgabe, Abschluss und administrativen Aspekte, die im gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess enthalten sind

**Skills & experience**
- Experienced Talent Acquisition Partner within an in-house TA team, ideally within a global matrixed organisation.
- Strong relationship building skills and a strategic partnership approach to TA.
- Direct sourcing experience utilising social media, job boards, LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach and a passion for recruiting the best, diverse talent for the business
- Understanding of and interest in DE&I within Talent Acquisition.
