Aufgaben
Als Founder Associate bist du die rechte Hand der Gründer und damit besonders nah an allen Entscheidungen und Prozessen Du unterstützt in sämtlichen operativen und strategischen Themen und lernst so die verschiedenen Abteilungen aus erster Hand kennen.
✔️ Vom ersten Tag an wirst du voll in das operative Geschäft eingebunden und unterstützt in der Kommunikation zu Investoren, Marktrecherche, Business Development und immer da, wo Hilfe gebracht wird.
✔️ Du wirst deine eigenen Projekte erhalten und diese selbst verantworten - natürlich immer mit Unterstützung aus dem Team
✔️ Über die Zeit lernst du, wo deine Stärken liegen, um diese optimal bei traide AI einzusetzen.
✔️ Gemeinsam mit den Gründern arbeitest du an Unternehmens
- und Produktstrategien und unterstützt bei Entscheidungsprozessen.
Qualifikation
Unsere 3 P’s - Positivität, Proaktivität und Pragmatismus - zeichnen unser Sales-Team aus. Wenn du dich in diesen Punkten wiedererkennst, können wir es jetzt schon kaum erwarten, dich kennenzulernen
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium und hast am besten bereits 1-2 Praktika absolviert.
- Du hast sehr gute analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
- Du eigenverantwortlich arbeiten möchtest und Lust hast, jeden Tag dazuzulernen
- Du bist interessiert an neuen Technologien und Startups.
- Du bist hochmotiviert, empathisch und hast Lust, auf ein tatkräftiges Team.
- Du die deutsche und englische Sprache fließend beherrscht, damit du eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit deinen Kunden und Kollegen gewährleisten kannst
