**DEINE AUFGABEN**
- Konzeption, Organisation, Durchführung sowie kaufmännische Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen
- Entwicklung von beispielsweise zielgruppengerechten Konzepten für Messen, Kongresse, Konzerte oder Ausstellungen
- Eventpersonalakquise, -rekrutierung und -disposition sowie Erstellung von Sedcards, Briefing
- und Schulungsunterlagen, etc.
- Einschätzung von Veranstaltungsrisiken
- Kalkulation von Kosten und Erstellung von Leistungsangeboten
- Kundenakquise, -beratung und -betreuung vor und während der Veranstaltungen Erstellung und Umsetzung von Ablauf
- und Regieplänen

**DEIN PROFIL**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenen mittleren Schulabschluss oder höher
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenmotivation
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Produkte
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
