- Erarbeitung von Schulungsunterlagen und Hilfsmittel
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Make-up Schulungen on-/offline
- Einarbeitung und Upskilling eigener VerkäuferInnen mit Fokus auf Make-up Expertise
- Durchführung und Umsetzung von Markenevents
- Abhalten/Erstellung von Konzepten für Masterclasses, Social Selling und Social Lives und Social Content
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Top Door Events und Promotions
- Beherrschung und Schulung der Servicegesten und der technischen Standards im Bereich Make-up
- Analyse von KPIs und die hergehende Ausführung der Trainingsstrategie
- Lokales Brand Face für Marke und Produkt mit enger Zusammenarbeit von PR Department
- Lokale Video Drehs, Fotoproduktionen und Content Kreierung
- Das Globale National Makeup Artist Zertifikat muss erreicht werden

**Ihr Profil**
- Exzellente Make-Up Kompetenz und Wissen über das Métier
- Nachweis Make-up Artist/Visagisten Ausbildung
- Digitale Affinität und Social Media Verständnis
- Kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sicheres Auftreten auch vor der Kamera
- Pädagogische Fertigkeiten und Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Schulungsmethoden
- Fähigkeit zur Auswertung von KPIs
- Fähigkeit zur Vor
- und Nachbeurteilung von Schulungsinitiativen
- Ausgeprägte Servicehaltung und leidenschaftliche Animationsfertigkeiten
- Herausragende Fähigkeit zu motivieren, zu inspirieren wie auch eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Wissen über Kundenprofile und Übertragung von Customer Centricity
- Große Reisebereitschaft
