As a recruiting partner of Sunrock we are looking for you as **Business Developer** (f/m/d) at the location in Düsseldorf. In your position, you will be responsible for managing several large customer accounts. You build and maintain business relationships with real estate clients and promote them. Your role is to increase brand awareness and build long-term strategic partnerships to develop new business opportunities. **What You Will Be Doing**
- manage several large client accounts within Sunrock - you build and foster business relations with (logistics) real estate clients
- promote brand awareness and source for business opportunities by building long-term strategic partnerships
- win new business by identifying, building and managing an active pipeline of opportunities in the logistics real estate sector, covering everything from one-off business to full-service accounts
- support clients in their clean energy transition by actively pursuing market opportunities with clients directly, and through multiple stakeholders within Sunrock

**What You Bring To The Job**
- a few years of experience in commercial real estate
- client side experience and a background in logistics real estate deals
- a problem-solving attitude, even in complex situations
- unstoppable ambitions: you won’t let go until you get the deal done
- skills in communication, ‘to the point’, persuasive and proactive;
- flexibility to travel when necessary
- Travel Requirements
- Ge: C1 - Advanced
- En: B2 - Upper Intermediate
