**Two academic staff members**:
- part-time (50% each)
- This chair focuses its research on commercial law, in particular corporate and capital market law. However, it also covers general questions of regu-latory theory, in particular enforcement of legal rules.
Are you interested in business law as well as prob-lems regarding law and economics and regulation law? Do you also consider to write a doctoral thesis in these areas and are you looking forward to legal work in a young and committed team? Then you will fit in with us**Your tasks**:
- Support in legal research according to the orientation of the chair
- Independent scientific work and further education
- Support in the establishment of a newly occupied chair
- Preparation of teaching materials and lectures according to the orientation of the chair
- Independent preparation and implementation of study groups for students
**Your profile**:
- In addition to the general requirements according to public services law, applicants must meet the recruitment requirements stipulated in - 57 of the
- _Hochschulgesetz_ of Rhineland-Palatinate.
- A successfully completed First Law Examination with a minimum grade of "vollbefriedigend“
- Interest in private law and in particular eco-nomic law issues
- Openness towards (behavioral) economic research approaches
Desirable are furthermore:
- Solid knowledge in civil commercial law, ideally in corporate and capital market law
- Good knowledge of foreign languages (especially English)
