**Trainer (m/w/d) in der Frühschicht**:
In dieser Position unterstützt Du in erster Linie die Einarbeitung sowie die Aus
- und Weiterbildung aller Versandmitarbeiter. Dazu gehört auch die Wissenssicherung der internen Abläufe mit dem Ziel, Sicherheit, Qualität, Leistung und damit verbunden die Kundenzufriedenheit zu fördern. In diesem Zusammenhang verfügst du über umfassendes Wissen aller Logistikabläufe, um die Learning Abteilung z.B. bei der Aktualisierung von Trainingsmaterialien zu unterstützen. Sicherheit, Qualität, Produktivität und Kundenzufriedenheit stehen dabei stets in Deinem Fokus.

**Deine Aufgaben umfassen dabei u.a.**:

- Aus
- und Weiterbildung von neuen und erfahrenen Mitarbeitern
- Ausbildung, Betreuung und Förderung von Multiplikatoren (Instructoren, Fachtrainer)
- Durchführung und Koordination von internen Audits zu Prozesseinhaltung und Anlernmethoden (TWI)
- Organisation und Koordinierung von Trainingsaktivitäten
- Gestaltung, Leitung und Moderation von Schulungen und Workshops
- Unterstützung von EU weiten Projekten zur Erstellung und Verbesserung von standardisiertem Trainingsmaterial
- Training und Coaching von Mitarbeitern „on the job“
- Organisation und Begleitung von Cross Trainings der operativen Abteilungen
- Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analyse der Ergebnisse in Excel
- Analytische und pädagogische Aufbereitung von „Best Practices“
- Mitarbeit in den operativen Prozessen sowie Beratung der Abteilungen zu Prozessverbesserungen
- Umgang mit der Trainingskonsole sowie dem Permissionmanagement

- ADA-Schein oder Train-the-Trainer-Qualifizierung
- Erfahrung als Instructor
- Erfahrung in der Planung von Projekten
- Zusatzqualifikationen in Methoden wie Moderation, Coaching, Kommunikationstraining
- Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in Arabisch, Türkisch, Polnisch oder Tschechisch
