HR Manager Position

Amazon Gattendorf GmbH is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the team at one of our logistics centers in Germany. As an HR Manager, you will report to the Regional Human Resources Manager for Germany and develop a customized personnel plan to support your logistics center. You will be responsible for driving the broader human resources development strategy in Germany and working on international HR projects. Your role will involve managing changes within evolving operational processes and creating a culture of cohesion, integration, and support among the employees in your fulfillment center.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Fluency in German and English
