**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Train users on the proper use of C2IMERA software
- Develop comprehensive training materials and resources for users, including user guides, tutorials, and instructional videos
- Gather end users feedback to shape software requirements so we can make C2IMERA a great user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data input/outputs, metrics, and development storyboards for new features and improvements, ensuring that training materials accurately reflect platform capabilities
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for users, providing hands-on guidance and addressing any questions or concerns related to the platform's functionality.
- Stay current with the latest software changes, ensuring that training materials and resources are updated
- Generate test data to create realistic training scenarios and examples for users to better understand C2IMERA capabilities
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and materials, making necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes and user satisfaction

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Active U.S. Secret clearance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, training, emergency management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt training materials and resources to meet the needs of your audience Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Proven experience in developing and delivering training materials and resources using agile development methodologies
- Experience working with complex data sets and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams to define data input/outputs, metrics, and development storyboards
