**What will I be doing?**
- Responsible for leading all efforts to increase sales, revenue, reservations, conference and event sales and marketing
- Set clear objectives for business development, implement personal skill development, performance review trainings and other trainings
- Determine pricing strategies and sales targets for our hotels
- Evaluate market demand through the use of internal and external reports
- Developing the hotel's annual, quarterly and monthly budget forecasts, work plans and their effective implementation
- Review and analyze pricing and inventory management
- Evaluation of hotel market mix and revenue forecasts
- Review and analysis of rate & inventory management
- Preparation and analysis of commercial reports to optimize conversion and opportunities
- Adapt and control revenue management standards
- Manage departmental expenses and budgets.
- Develop short, medium and long-term strategies for both hotels
- Analyze opportunities and execute local marketing initiatives
- Manage customer relations and services, including customer needs, product and service knowledge, sales effectiveness, communication skills and customer feedback
- Recruit, manage, train, coach and develop the Commercial team

**Who are we looking for?**
- Several years of experience in commercial / business development or a similar analytical role
- Relevant degree from a university or hotel management school
- Experience with forecasting, pricing, yield management and inventory control in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a high performing team to exceed targets
- Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators, market developments and competitive trends and develop solutions to these challenges
- Excellent sales skills and the ability to train team members in sales techniques
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under time pressure
- Very good command of written and spoken English and German
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, management and team members and excellent interpersonal and social skills to interact successfully with customers and business partners
