**Your role**

In this role, you will lead the development and compliance of our quality management system, ensuring alignment with company-wide standards. You will refine the Integrated Management System (IMS) for greater efficiency, drive structured problem-solving processes, and establish measurable quality goals. Working closely with various teams, you’ll ensure that quality standards are consistently met, support ongoing improvement efforts, and oversee both internal and external audits. Additionally, you will analyze quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities and provide training on essential quality practices and standards.

**Your future tasks and responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop the quality management system, ensuring compliance with company-wide standards.
- Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) for streamlined processes and efficiency.
- Implement structured problem-solving methods for ongoing improvements.
- Set, monitor, and achieve quality objectives within the organization.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., DIN 9001, IATF 16949, ASPICE, TISAX).Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits.
- Analyse and report on quality performance data to drive improvements.
- Educate and train employees on quality management systems and relevant standards.

**What you bring with you**:

- Degree in engineering or a related field.
- Strong professional experience in quality management, particularly in quality systems.
- Several years of operational experience, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Decision-making and implementation skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1 level).
- Experience with project management, change management, and quality methodologies.
- Expertise in IMS, PQM, and problem-solving techniques.
- Familiarity with LEAN methodologies such as 6-Sigma.
