Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

- Primärer Ansprechpartner für alle Workday-bezogenen Anfragen für das HR-Team
- Unterstützen und Beraten unserer lokalen HR-Teams bei der Ausführung operativer Prozesse in Workday, um zuverlässige Daten zu gewährleisten
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung und kontinuierlichen Digitalisierung der HR-Prozesse, dazu gehören das Identifizieren von Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten und das Leiten von Initiativen zur Optimierung
- Koordinieren und Unterstützen der Einführung neuer Systemkomponenten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global HRIS-Team
- Übernehmen der Schnittstellenfunktion zu internen Workday Key-Usern
- Konzipieren und Durchführen von unternehmensinternen Trainings zu Workday-Funktionalitäten und HR-Prozessen sowie Erstellen und regelmäßiges Pflegen der Trainingsunterlagen
- Gewährleisten der Datenqualität und -integrität in Workday
- Überwachen von Datenfeeds, Integrationen und Berichterstellung zur Aufrechterhaltung der Datenqualität
- Unterstützen von HR-Projekten

Dein Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, z.B. mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources Management oder Information Engineering & Management
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im (internationalen) HR-Umfeld und ein solides HR-Prozess
- und Rollenverständnis
- Erfahrungen im Prozess
- und Change-Management sowie der Planung und Steuerung von HR-IT-Projekten
- Ausreichend Erfahrung mit der Workday HCM Suite
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Deutsch
- und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Affinität für technische und prozessuale Zusammenhänge sowie analytische Fähigkeiten
- Spaß an Digitalisierungstechnologien
- Hohes Dienstleistungs
- und Serviceverständnis sowie eine intrinsische Motivation an der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen und Workday
- Organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Konfliktlösungskompetenz und Ergebnisorientierung
