**Für unseren Standort in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir Dich im Bereich Human Resources als Specialist (w/m/d) für unser Recruiting Team**:

- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme unseres gesamten Bewerbungsmanagements (Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Abteilungsleitungen und bietest ihnen den bestmöglichen Service va. im Hinblick auf die Kandidatenvorauswahl.)
- Zusammenarbeit mit Personaldienstleistern zur Personalgewinnung
- Unterstützung bei verschiedenen Themen im Bereich Personalmarketing: Organisation & Teilnahme an Karrieremessen in verschiedenen Städten Deutschlands, Ausbau der Kooperation mit Hochschulen, Erstellung und Ausschreibung von Stellenanzeigen
- Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Onboardings für neue Mitarbeitende

**Wir freuen uns auf Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über einen guten Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss im Bereich BWL, mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen, Witschaftspsychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du bringst fundierte, mehrjährige (mind. 3 Jahre) Berufserfahrung im Bereich Recruiting gerne im Kontext einer Unternehmensberatung mit.
- Kommunikationsstärke und organisatorisches Geschick sowie sehr gute MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Kenntnisse zeichnen Dich aus. SharePoint und Workday Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.
- Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise ist selbstverständlich für Dich.
- Du hast Spaß an Teamwork und hast Lust Themen und Projekte im HR Bereich mitzugestalten und voranzutreiben.
- Dein Profil wird durch sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse abgerundet.
