**Responsibilities**
- Business strategy_
- Lead the business strategy team
- Define and monitor the business strategy and run the company roadmap
- Support fundraising and lead investor reporting
- Drive the strategic direction as part of the Senior Leadership team
- Risk Management_
- Identify business needs and risks as well as create and implement strategic projects for mitigation
- Project Management_
- Lead and implement key projects/strategic roadmap across the company, ensuring their successful execution and timely completion, drive initiatives forward and achieve strategic objectives
- Guarantee accountability for cross-department projects
- Assist with high-level presentations and reports that may be required
- Planning, Coordination and Stakeholder-management_
- Be the right hand of the CEO
- Help the CEO become more efficient and prepare internal as well as external touch-points with stakeholders (maximize organizational efficiency)
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
- Prepare and attend board as well as business-critical senior leadership meetings, document meeting notes and follow up on decisions and tasks to achieve company objectives
- Business or Science degree + MBA
- 5+ years experience in top-tier management consulting + experience in VC or in a high growth start up
- Well-developed project-management skills and a proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex projects
- Organised, disciplined and a high sense of accountability and autonomy
- Understanding of VC and FoodTech industry (understanding of BioTech beneficial)
- Proven experience to motivate, steer, and develop colleagues
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, to make number based decisions and develop optimal solutions
- Top-notch communication and conflict-resolution skills and ability to simplify complex problems
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, results driven, self-motivated and hands-on attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
