About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at BuildingMinds. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in driving our strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of our business objectives.

As Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for partnering with our CEO to define and execute high-impact strategies, streamlining operations across all departments, and building strong relationships with our blue-chip clients and top-tier investors.

You will also be responsible for leading and overseeing key projects from conception to completion, exercising significant influence with senior stakeholders, and contributing to major decision-making processes.

We are looking for a talented and entrepreneurial leader who is willing to take unconventional shortcuts to deliver exceptional impact. If you have a proven track record of driving impact and generating value in high-stakes environments, we want to hear from you.
