Als **Associate **Pricing Specialist (m/w/d)** sind Sie für Business Analysen sowie die Preisgestaltung in der DACH-Region zuständig. Gemeinsam mit Ihrer Teamleitung sowie dem Team unterstützen Sie bei der Gesamtkoordination der Preispolitik, bei Analysen in Bezug auf Preisgestaltung und bei der Berichtserstattung hinsichtlich Margen.
**Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Stelle vorerst für 12 Monate befristet ist.**
**Unser Angebot an Sie**
- Als Associate Pricing Specialist koordinieren Sie die End-to-End Preispflege und erstellen Analysen hinsichtlich der Preisgestaltung.
- Sie stellen eine genaue und rechtzeitige Daten
- und Preisangabe sicher, indem Sie Listenpreise und Preisnachlässe pflegen und kundenspezifische Preislisten erstellen, die mit Vertragsvereinbarungen und Ausschreibungen verknüpft sind.
- Sie gewährleisten eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung lokaler Verträge, Rabatte und Rabattpolitiken.
- Sie unterstützen bei der jährlichen strategischen Preiserhöhung der Regionen bzw. Länder für unterschiedliche Divisionen.
- Sie analysieren und erstellen regelmäßige analytische Geschäftsberichte der Krankenhäuser, GPOs, Stryker-Wettbewerbern und des Marktpotenzials auf der Grundlage öffentlich verfügbarer Marktinformationen.
- Durch Ihren Wunsch nach Optimierung unterstützen Sie bei der Implementierung von Systemen, bewerten kontinuierlich aktuelle Tools und Arbeitsmethoden, um Prozesse zu standardisieren und die Effizienz zu steigern.
- Intern arbeiten Sie eng mit anderen Teams (Contracts & Tender, Customer Service, Key Account Management, Debitoren und Finance) zusammen und unterstützen mit Daten zur Förderung übergreifender und divisionaler Preisstrategien.
- Für das Management erstellen Sie Dashboards und arbeiten eng mit den Kolleg*innen des Teams Contracts & Tender zusammen, um vollumfassende Managementberichte aufzusetzen.
- Sie unterstützen mit wichtigen Analysen, um abteilungsübergreifend notwendige Einblicke in alle Themen des Pricings zu geben.
**Das zeichnet Sie aus**
- Sie haben einen Bachelorabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), VWL, Finanzen, Controlling oder Rechnungswesen.
- Sie verfügen bereits über relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, Finance oder im Bereich der Business Analysen. Bestenfalls haben Sie bereits im Bereich Preisgestaltung / des Pricings gearbeitet.
- Ihre starken analytischen Fähigkeiten helfen Ihnen dabei Business Analysen anzufertigen. Dabei zeichnen Sie sich durch sehr gute ERP-Kenntnisse (z. Bsp. Oracle) und Expertise mit PowerBI aus.
- Sie haben Sie Fähigkeit mit großen Datensätzen eigenständig zu arbeiten und verfolgen die Organisationsziele.
- Durch Ihr Organisationsgeschick sowie Ihre Problemlösungskompetenz können Sie mehrere Projekte und Themen gleichzeitig bearbeiten und behalten dabei stets die vorgegebenen Fristen im Blick.
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer und unterstützen sich gegenseitig im Team und kommunizieren über Ihre Abteilung hinaus mit allen wichtigen Stakeholdern.
- Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse (Word, Powerpoint und Excel) setzen wir voraus.
- Sie haben Spaß daran in einem schnelllebigen Geschäftsumfeld sowie internationalem Unternehmen zu arbeiten.
- Ihre fließenden Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
**Zusätzliche Informationen**
Dank unseres flexiblen Arbeitszeitmodells haben Sie die Möglichkeit aus dem Home-Office zu arbeiten. Eine regelmäßige Präsenz vor Ort in Duisburg (1x pro Woche) sollte jedoch stets gegeben sein, um tragfähige Beziehungen aufzubauen.
