**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively follow up on campaigns and referrals - closing 20% of all opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed set monthly new business targets.
- Updated the company database with all sales opportunities.
- Develop your sales pipeline to deliver consistent results.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in German is essential
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive, confident and motivated attitude
