We seek a passionate, result-oriented, and data-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in identifying prospective clients, initiating meaningful engagements, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Research, identify, and prospect into target accounts.
- Actively seek out and engage customer prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for the Head of Sales (CEO) with qualified leads.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

**What we expect from you**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, or similar role, in the IT services industry.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently & proactively in a dynamic and bold environment.
- Strong motivation and desire to succeed in the IT outsourcing business.
