At Gradyent we're looking for a B2B Marketer - DACH to join our team.

**About Gradyent**:
Providing heating and cooling for homes, buildings and industry accounts for roughly 50% of global energy consumption. Smart production, exchange and consumption of heat in heating grids is the most significant opportunity for cities and industries to decarbonise. Yet, as heating grids transform towards renewables, they become increasingly complex and require a new approach to control and design.

Gradyent is a leading software provider that helps cities and heavy industry decarbonise faster by digitising, optimising, and transforming their heat networks with our Digital Twin.
- We are scaling the platform globally and looking for a B2B Marketer for the DACH market to join our marketing team.**What You Will Do**:
Your focus is to make appealing content for district heating leaders of energy companies in DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), and share it through the right channels. The aim is to make our (future) customers aware, and to educate them on, how our real-time Digital Twin Platform enables them to optimise, decarbonise and transform their heating grid.

Besides, you’ll work on some projects for the global marketing team to further improve our content, distribution and processes.

It’s an entrepreneurial role, in which you get to build new processes and campaigns. You’ll enjoy a lot of freedom and work with many people in and outside the company.

***Responsibilities**:
- Define local insights, buyer personas, informational needs, audience lists, segments and channels
- Sharpen the value proposition, foundation copy, key messages and define the right content and channels together-
- Select the right content in our content library for target segments and identify gaps to make new content
- Make content, such as articles, videos, whitepapers, customer stories, Linkedin posts and organize webinars
- Coordinate the localization of the (English) ABM and website content to German, by working with online tools and freelance localizers
- Run ABM campaigns, Linkedin thought leadership and campaigns, and nurture flows In Hubspot to distribute the content to the right people
- Work on understanding our target accounts by tracking content engagement and the business impact
- Partner with local sector organisations and media outlets for joint communication and events
- Prepare our branded presence at sector events
- Oversee our value proposition, key copy and brand in the market and provide input on the regional marketing planning
- **The Team**:
As our German B2B Marketer, you will be part of Gradyent’s international marketing team.

The marketing team currently consists of a b2b marketeer, a growth marketeer and a marketing intern as well as several freelancers in design, copywriting and website development - but we’re growing quickly. You will also closely work together with the DACH business development and customer success teams in Berlin and with the product market lead in Rotterdam. You’ll be reporting into the Head of Marketing & Communications.

Our wider team consists of 90+ energy specialists, engineers, data scientists and top-tier consulting alumni and we have two offices: in Rotterdam and in Berlin. We’re backed by investors Capricorn Partners, Eneco, ENERGIIQ, and Helen Ventures.

**What You Bring**:
- ~2-6 years relevant hands-on marketing experience of which 2+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in high annual contract value (ACV) SaaS
- German native and fluent in English
- Experience with using account-based-marketing and Hubspot
- A strong affinity with technology - experience with the energy sector is a big plus
- Solid Linkedin experience (both organic and paid)-
- Experience in working in close partnership with business development/sales
- Desire to really understand the needs of (future) customers
- Experience with making valuable, appealing content that addresses those needs and writing compelling copy
- Possession of soft skills to thrive and enjoy a high-paced scale up environment:- Positive, dynamic/high-energy and flexible personality, the ability to cope with changing scopes and solid problem-solving skills.
