We are developing software for the EV charging market that aims to enhance the overall journey for EV drivers through real-time updates and user-friendly features. As a Senior Product Designer (B2B), you'll play a pivotal role in crafting innovative, user-centered designs that fuel our business products. You'll transform intricate data into user-friendly, actionable insights while working closely with cross-functional teams. **What You'll Do**:
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other teams to design user experiences for B2B and B2B2C products.
- Design intuitive user interfaces that transform complex data into actionable insights for business users.
- Drive continuous discovery, ensuring designs align with evolving user needs and are informed by research and feedback.
- Facilitate communication across departments to streamline decision-making and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
- Document research findings, processes, and insights to inform future projects and ensure continuous improvement.
- Create and refine data visualizations that effectively represent complex industry-specific information.
- Design responsive and intuitive experiences for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all projects.
- Lead user research and testing, conducting surveys, interviews, and user testing to validate insights.
- Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions, helping stakeholders align on project goals and design directions.
- Participate in agile sprints, managing backlogs and prioritizing design tasks to improve the overall user experience.
- Build high-fidelity prototypes that bring design concepts to life, clearly communicating ideas to stakeholders.
**Your Profile**:
- You have extensive experience in UX/UI design, with strong knowledge of tools like Figma, Miro, and various prototyping platforms.
- You have a strong portfolio that showcases your design process, especially for SaaS projects.
- You excel at conducting user research and leading user testing to validate your designs and insights.
- You're skilled in creating user stories, flowcharts, and wireframes, and writing clear UX content for seamless experiences.
- You're proficient in designing data visualizations to convey complex information in a user-friendly way.
- You are experienced in responsive design for web, iOS, and Android platforms, delivering consistent experiences across all devices.
- You're skilled at developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across projects.
- You actively participate in agile sprints and are skilled at managing backlogs to prioritize design tasks.
- You have experience in facilitating design workshops and using methods like design thinking to inspire creativity.
