In order to support the Digital Transformation Team, the Airbus Aerostructures GmbH is looking for a

**Digital Transformation Strategist (d/f/m)**

You work in an intercultural team with various competences and challenging tasks to transform the company towards Industry 5.0. The team designs and maintains the holistic architecture of business processes, methods and tools driven by the organization’s strategy. We link the business mission, strategy and processes to the IT strategy in close alignment with our stakeholders.

**Your location**

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. **Your tasks and responsibilities**
- Develop the Digital Transformation strategy in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders and experts
- Perform benchmarking activities related to the Airbus Aerostructures digital transformation portfolio
- Keep track of technological state of the art advancements and evolutions and evaluate applicability to the Airbus Aerostructures context (PESTL Analysis)
- Derive opportunities applicable for Airbus Aerostructures and integrate into the evolving strategy
- Keep Strategy up to date
- Prepare meaningful communications derived from the key strategic elements
- Act as ambassador for the digital transformation and drive & simplify the Change Management

**Desired skills and qualifications**
- University degree
- Experience in Business Transformation
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture
- Strong and adaptable communication skills
- Ability to understand complex topics and processes as well as a high level of motivation to simplify and improve
- Strategic and forward thinker
- Teamplayer
- Business fluent in English & German
