**Your location**:
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. **Your tasks and responsibilities**:
Drive & perform the digitalisation as a Project Manager for SA CAF in Hamburg together with the Local Data Analytics Team. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Contribute to VSM performance by delivering data insights with meaningful visualizations
- Translate business needs into digital solutions in order to foster data-driven decision making in Operations
- Extract actionable insights from production and performance data in collaboration with the business
- Implement automated solutions to decrease manual reporting efforts
- Collaborate cross-functional to deliver harmonized, efficient solutions and exchange best practices
- Develop tools and dashboard in an agile way
- Organize and lead deployment of technical solutions in local or cross perimeter
- Project manager for digitalization topics in local VSM
- Change Manager in context of digital transformation

This role involves occasional business travel.

**Desired skills and qualifications**:

- Proven track record of Data Analytics / Data Science
- Ability to formulate ways to extract insights from data, using data, predictive and prescriptive analytic
- Ability to perform data extraction, data cleaning, data fusion, data manipulation and feature engineering
- Project management / Performance management skills (LBIP, Agile... etc.)
- First experience in production environment, production governances and processes
- Excellent facilitation skills to foster changes and new ways of working
- Agile Mindset with ability to structure and organize
- Profound analytical skills
- Experience in or curious about Skywise analytics (Contour) and KPI definitions
- Open-mindedness, creativity and customer orientation
- Knowledge about productional cost driver, financial system and KPIs
- Strong communication skills on all working levels
- Good communication skills in English (negotiation level) and German is desirable
- Team player with willingness to share and learn with and from the group
- Flexibility in solution finding and open-minded for continuous improvement
