**Junior Capital Market Sales Employee (M/F/d)**

We are looking for a junior-level addition (M/F/d) to our capital market sales team with a focus in investment consulting, who speaks both fluent German and English and can work at our bilingual office near Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin.

Founded in Berlin in 1998, First Berlin prepares studies on small to medium-sized companies for institutional investors, as well as being active in investment consulting.

**What you will do**:

- Contact clients by phone and coordinate appointments with them
- Organize roadshows
- Acquire new clients and expand existing business relationships
- Create documents & reports
- Market our in-house research
- Carry out correspondence in German and English
- Active role in capital increases and block trade mandates on both equity and debt side

**What we expect**:

- Relevant professional training / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (preferably in economics)
- An independent, analytical, and structured way of working
- A high level of initiative, creativity, and the willingness to become familiar with new topics and areas
- A team player with a high level of self-motivation and an international mindset
- Outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English and German, and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally under stress
- Capital market knowledge, especially regarding European small and micro caps. Initial experience using Bloomberg is a plus.
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel occasionally

- und Englischkenntnissen für unser zweisprachiges Büro am Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin.

First Berlin wurde 1998 in Berlin gegründet und erstellt Studien über Unternehmen kleiner bis mittlerer Größe für institutionelle Investoren. Darüber hinaus ist die First Berlin GmbH in der Investmentberatung tätig.

**Was Sie machen werden**:

- Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme und Terminkoordination mit Kunden
- Organisation von Roadshows
- Akquise neuer Kunden und Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Erstellen von Dokumenten & Reports
- Vermarktung unserer hauseigenen Recherche
- Korrespondenz (Deutsch/Englisch)
- Aktive Rolle bei Kapitalerhöhungen und Blocktrade-Mandaten sowohl auf der Eigenkapital
- als auch auf der Fremdkapitalseite

- Entsprechende Berufsausbildung / Bachelor / Master bevorzugt aus dem Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften

- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Aufgabenfelder einzuarbeiten
- Teamplayer in einem internationalen Team mit hoher Eigenmotivation
- Herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit auch unter Stress effektiv und professionell zu kommunizieren
- Kapitalmarktkenntnisse, insbesondere im Bereich europäischer Small und Micro Caps, sowie erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Bloomberg sind ein Plus
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft gelegentlich zu verreisen
