Technical Product Owner

We are looking for an engaged, driven (Senior) Technical Product Owner who will help us shape the future of the data platform and take it to the next level. Our team's vision is to become as user-centric & efficient as possible by focusing on our stakeholders' feedback, optimizing the usability of our services, and automating every process as much as possible.
The team you will be joining owns Flix's core data platform which includes warehousing & streaming infrastructure services. It is part of the data platform cluster which provides central data-related infrastructure services to internal users worldwide. Flix is a data-driven company and our team is an essential part of this process. By providing cloud-based services on top of AWS, Snowflake & Kafka to hundreds of users within the Flix group we enable Flixies to integrate & utilize data easily & effectively. At Flix we believe in an excessive DevOps culture and live by the principle of "You build it, you run it, you own it".
The members of the Core Data Platform team are located in Berlin and are focusing on three different areas: engineering, operations of our infrastructure & consulting other teams to use our platform services in the best way. Our top priority is to uplift our current platform towards a user-centric & very easy-to-use solution. You will have the chance to influence this path & meet many users of our services to support them diving into the specifics of our services & using them. Moreover, you always have the ability to highlight when things could be improved as we are living an open feedback culture within the team and beyond.
We need you to help us improve our product vision & create a product strategy around it. Moreover, as we are having many different groups of stakeholders & users, you will be responsible for managing their expectations & understanding their needs. As TPO you will closely collaborate with the team, their Engineering Manager, our Domain Technology Officers & other teams' POs to create & execute quarterly roadmaps & help the team reach their goals in an agile environment.
