Am »Fraunhofer Institut für Intelligente Analyse
- und Informationssysteme IAIS« erforschen und entwickeln 360 Mitarbeitende individuelle Lösungen zur Integration und Analyse von Daten für unsere Fördergeber und unsere Kunden aus der Wirtschaft. Künstliche Intelligenz, Machine Learning, Big Data, Multimedia Content Analytics, Information Integration und Unternehmensmodellierung und -analyse sind die inhaltlichen Schwerpunkte unserer Arbeiten.

Wir in der Abteilung »NetMedia« suchen Unterstützung bei der Realisierung von Projekten im Kontext unserer Sprachassistenzplattform Allinga mit Partnern und Anwender*innen aus der Industrie.

Als Technical Lead koordinieren Sie die Entwicklungsarbeiten zum Aufbau und Betrieb eines führenden Sprachassistenzsystem »Made in Germany«. Sie arbeiten mit engagierten Kolleg*innen und angeleitet von erfahrenen Expert*innen an neuesten Technologien zu den Themen Natural Language Processing, Spracherkennung, Sprachsynthese, Dialogmodellierung, Large Language Models, und Cloudcomputing und überführen die Komponenten in ein Gesamtsystem.

**Was Sie bei uns tun**
- Weiterentwicklung und stetige Verbesserung der Allinga Sprachassistenzlösung
- Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten im Bereich Conversational AI - insbesondere mit Fokus auf der technischen Umsetzung der Projekte
- Abstimmung der Systemanforderungen mit verschiedenen Stakeholder*innen und Konzeption einer technischen Gesamtprojektsorganisation
- Festlegung der Forschungsthemen und -Schwerpunkte in Abstimmung mit der Team
- und Abteilungsleitung
- Durchführung von technischem Risikomanagement
- Sie entwickeln einen Gesamtworkflow und erstellen eine Forschungsroadmap

**Was Sie mitbringen**
- Ein abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium (Master, Diplom, Promotion) der Informatik, der Wirtschaftswissenschaft, der Elektro
- und Informationstechnik oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Themengebiet CAI
- Kundenzentrierte und teamorientierte Denkweise
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Eigenverantwortlichkeit, sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in praxisnahen Forschungsprojekten und Industriekooperationen zu engagieren
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Systemarchitekturen und Cloudsysteme ist wünschenswert
