In our **Total Rewards **Department at the Ludwigshafen or Wiesbaden site, you will join a team of talented professionals. You will work closely with our Business Human Resources partners to support our Commercial, Operations and Research & Development organizations in Germany.

**Make an impact**:
With a lot of experience and even more passion, you will lead the development, implementation, and management of all compensation and benefit programs for AbbVie’s workforce in Germany.

**This is what you bring**:

- Experience providing consultative services to internal or external stakeholders on Total Rewards topics.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management in a multinational and multi-functional (Operations, R&D, Commercial) organization
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of German labor laws, regulations, and practices.
- Experienced in managing compensation processes, including salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews and bonus programs.
- Skilled in developing and managing benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze compensation data, market trends, and survey results to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, such as HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal teams, as well as external vendors and consultants.
- Proven ability to lead and manage total rewards projects, demonstrating strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering results.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to gain their support for proposed total rewards strategies and initiatives.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of compensation and benefits program management
- Fluent in German and English
