**Your mission**:
We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Markets Growth Intern to champion and grow Knowunity’s user base and help us become #1 in Türkiye.
**Your mission will be to...**
- ** Marketing & Growth**: Lead growth campaigns, develop marketing materials, lead influencer partnerships, and create campaigns to drive Knowunity towards #1 in Türkiye
- ** App Improvement**: Test app updates, suggest enhancements, and work with the product team to refine features to make our app even better
- ** Copy & Community**: Continuously refine in-app copy, connect with users for feedback, and implement ideas to improve the user experience
- ** User Engagement**: Lead creative initiatives, such as competitions, to keep users excited and engaged
- ** Ambassador Program**: Recruit and inspire ambassadors, and plan challenges to keep this passionate group actively involved

**Your story**:
- You have a university level degree from a top-ranked university
- You are a great communicator, with excellent written and spoken proficiency in Turkish and English
- You are an organised and analytical problem solver
- You are social media savvy
- You love to collaborate, share your ideas, and be creative in a team environment
- You believe in the power of speed and execution and love to get your hands dirty
- You are obsessed with serving the users and strive to provide over sticking to processes
**It’s a bonus if you**
- Have advanced German, French, Spanish, and/or Italian language skills
- Already have your first experience working at a startup or another fast-paced environment
