Avea is a Swiss longevity startup with the vision to become the leading player in the evidence-based longevity supplement industry. We offer science-based longevity supplements to target multiple hallmarks of aging, allowing individuals to improve their well-being by slowing down aging. Our mission is to optimize people's health-and lifespan, helping them keep or regain their vitality to live as healthily as possible for as long as possible.

**The Role**

We're looking for an experienced Brand Copywriter with a visionary approach to communicating compelling language that is in harmony with the experience we want to deliver to our customers. You will be a vital team member responsible for shaping a unique yet approachable brand voice for AVEA.

**Requirements**:

- You currently live and can work from any EU, or Swiss timezone.
- Native German speaker with excellent writing skills and fluent in English - you will be creating content in both languages.
- Outstanding writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles.
- 3+ years in an advertising or marketing agency (traditional or interactive) preferred.
- 3+ years B2C e-commerce or an agency with experience in e-commerce preferred.
- Experience in creating content for social media (organic, advertising).
- Experience in keyword research and SEO is a plus.
- Must have an exceptional portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking with results.
- Familiar and successful in marketing-style writing.
- Expert at strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution
- Acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
- Creative thinker, able to improvise and spot unique content opportunities
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and make accurate decisions with a sense of urgency
- Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is essential to you, and you are interested in the longevity industry.
- You are interested in working in an early-stage startup, where many things are still hectic, yet you have the chance to contribute and make a difference to the production structure.

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Responsible for writing marketing content related to copy for newsletters, headlines for banners and promos, social media content, and scripts for promotional videos and ads for social networks.
- Be responsible for conceptualizing new campaigns.
- Partner with the design team on brand initiatives and campaigns to drive powerful storytelling.
- Work hands-on with the Co-Founders and with the CMO of AVEA to implement our marketing strategy.
- Make our campaign visuals real eye-catchers with strong and bold messages.
- Support our Social Media Manager with content that matches the relevant channel.
- Create relevant, SEO-optimized website content.
- Write engaging and converting content for our newsletter to make it a must-read that no one wants to miss.
- Stay abreast of nutrition and longevity research and what's new and trending in the longevity/nutrition industry, and show an ability to find brand-specific angles on relevant topics.
- Proactively research new topics that help us tell exciting stories to our customers.
- You are open to wearing additional hats outside of your daily copywriting project.
