We are seeking a Website Acquisition Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team and play a crucial role in our B2B expansion. As we pivot towards a more commercial focus, we need a creative wordsmith who can craft compelling and conversion-focused copy for our website. Your role will be integral in attracting, engaging, and converting businesses with designers who seek top-notch design and animation tools.

**Life as a Copywriter at Linearity**:
- Craft compelling website copy. Develop clear and persuasive copy for landing pages, ensuring alignment with our B2B personas and business objectives.
- Tailor messaging for B2B audiences. Understand the unique needs and pain points of B2B clients, and infuse this understanding into the website copy.
- Create content that showcases how Linearity's products, address the challenges faced by businesses with in-house designers.
- Optimize conversion-focused content: Work closely with the Head of Organic Acquisition to implement A/B testing strategies aimed at boosting website conversions.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and adjust copy to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless integration of copy into the website.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to ensure Linearity's website copy remains cutting-edge and competitive.
- Work with the SEO developer to maximize content reach.
**Requirements**:
- At least **3-5 years** of experience as a copywriter or in a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful website copy projects.
- Demonstrated understanding of **B2B** marketing and the ability to tailor messaging to meet the unique needs and pain points of B2B clients.
- Ability to showcase how our products address the challenges faced by businesses with in-house designers.
- Experience in optimizing website content for conversions, including a track record of implementing successful A/B testing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to continuously analyze performance metrics and use data to adjust copy for improved conversion rates.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including working closely with the Head of Organic Acquisition and design teams.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and experience working collaboratively with an SEO developer to maximize the reach of website content.
- Highly self-motivated and well-organized, with the ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
- Strong creative thinking combined with a strategic mindset to effectively position our products in the market.
- An interest in technology, design-related content, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques
- Experience writing UI and UX copy would be a plus
