**Your Day to Day in this role includes**:
**Daily Accounting**: Oversee daily accounting tasks for Pax8 Deutschland GmbH while supporting the US and Netherlands.

**Month-End Mastery**: Lead month-end close processes, including reconciliation of balance sheets, revenue, margin analysis, and departmental budget reviews.

**Bank Reconciliation**: Execute weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in financial records.

**General Ledger Accuracy**: Ensure timely and accurate reflection of bank transactions in the general ledger.

**Reporting Pro**: Produce insightful monthly reports on debt collection and outstanding balances.

**Audit Support**: Assist with year-end audits and financial projects, contributing to our overall financial integrity.

**What You Bring to the Table**:
**Accounting Experience**: Reasonable experience in a finance role.

**Excel Expertise**: Proficiency with pivot tables, formulas, and lookups.

**International Insight**: Prior experience in supporting multiple regions is a plus, and knowledge of US GAAP would be amazing.

**Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to work with large data sets and perform in-depth analysis.

**Organizational Talent**: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication, fluent in both English and German, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels. Ideally, you will also have intercultural awareness to collaborate across diverse teams.

**NetSuite Knowledge**: Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
