Tasks
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
- Collaborate with team members to compile reports, presentations, and other documents
- Support in tracking project management activities, including monitoring timelines, tracking progress, and updating activities status
- Help in preparing project-related presentations, reports, and deliverables.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by entering and organizing financial data, including invoices, expenses, and receipts.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, celebrations
- Manage incoming and outcoming mail and shipments

**Requirements**:

- Experience of working in a start-up environment
- Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite,

Google Workspace)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
- Experience of working in a start-up environment
