**Aufgabe**:
Als **Communications Specialist (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Videoproduktion** erarbeiten Sie Regelungen, zielgruppenspezifische Kommunikationskonzepte/ -maßnahmen für die interne/ externe Kommunikation und beraten das Business in Kommunikationsfragen. Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit beinhaltet die Planung und Begleitung von Videoproduktionen und Videokampagnen (Videokonzeption, Ideenfindung, Skizzierung und Gestaltung von Konzeptlayouts) sowie die Produktion von Videos für SoMe Kampagnen für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen (intern und extern) inkl. der Organisation und Durchführung von Videodrehs.
- Sie gestalten Online
- und Dialog-Formate inhaltlich, redaktionieren und bearbeiten ausgewählte Content-Formate (von Medieninformationen über Interviews bis hin zu Podcasts) für die interne und externe Kommunikation.
- Sie planen, organisieren und führen zielgruppenspezifische Kampagnen, Events
- sowie Veranstaltungen durch und sind Ansprechpartner für Agenturen.
- Sie bearbeiten Medienanfragen und pflegen Kontakte zu ausgewählten internen/externen Stakeholdern und Multiplikatoren.
- Sie führen die Kostenplanung/- überwachung, Evaluation, Erfolgskontrolle und Reporting zu Kommunikationsmaßnahmen durch.
- Sie leiten Projekte.

**Profil**:
Sie verfügen über ein Studium der Kommunikationswissenschaften, Media Design oder Ähnliches oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Kommunikation. Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch detaillierte unternehmensspezifische Kenntnisse oder besondere Spezialkenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten aus:

- Umfassende Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Produktion von Videos und Videokampagnen für verschiedene Zielgruppen
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der gängigen Tools zur Content-Erstellung (z.B. Adobe Suite mit Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Sehr gute Erfahrung in der internen und externen Kommunikation, inklusive Social Media
- Sehr gute Erfahrungen in Projektmanagement und Stakeholdermanagement
- Gute Erfahrung im Redigieren und Erstellen von Texten
