We are looking for a Junior Product Specialist who will join our team to support the delivery of quality software solutions for the automotive market. You will get a chance to work with CRM and loyalty software, manage an on-line shop and nourish the relationships with clients.
- **Key Responsibilities & Duties**_

Create documentation and user manuals.

Become a point of contact for key customers

Manage an on-line shop

Prepare reports and analyze product and customer data

Liaise with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing organizations within OEC to devise programs to increase customer sales and decrease cancellations.
- **Experience, Skills and Key Competencies**_
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years of experience in business e-commerce roles
- Demonstrated critical thinking, business acumen, and presentation abilities
- A proven track record handling multiple priorities and high collaboration across teams
- Fluent German and English
- Availability to work from Bonn office 2 days per week

Pay: 25,692.80€ - 67,960.02€ per year
