**Your impact will be**:
We are on a strong growth trajectory and are looking for a Head of Marketing - B2B (f/m/d) who will help us to further boost brand awareness and sales and increase our international footprint. Are you up for that challenge?
- Drive profitable Demand
- and Lead-Generation with a focus on Paid Social (LinkedIn), Paid Search (Google) and our own FRAMEN screens
- Create the required marketing assets (ads, videos, presentations, whitepapers) with the support of your Design & Creative team
- Work closely together with our Sales and Product team to optimize conversion rates from leads to revenue
- Build a strong brand narrative and ensure consistent implementation of our brand guidelines across all channels
- Continuously build brand awareness and establish FRAMEN as go-to-player for Digital OOH and Connected TV, e.g. via events, upper-funnel campaigns and PR
- Support with customer retention by building best-in-class CRM communication
- Analyze marketing results on a regular basis and discuss reportings and improvement ideas directly with the FRAMEN C-Level
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 4 marketers for Performance Marketing, Brand & Creative and PR / Events and also manage external agencies
**Your profile**:
- B2B Performance Marketing expertise, including in-depth experience with Demand Generation via LinkedIn and Google - either from a B2B brand or a (Performance) Marketing agency
- More than 2 years of team leadership experience
- An analytical mastermind and the dedication to continuously optimize our marketing activities to achieve the best results
- A passion for creativity to develop strong marketing assets with our inhouse team
- The capability to set the right priorities and communicate clearly
- A team player mindset in combination with a hands on mentality to get things done
- The ability to come up with proactive ideas, initiate change and get stakeholder buy-in
- German is your native language and your business English is excellent
- The ambition to build one of the next media-tech unicorns ????
**Your mindset**:
- You are intellectually curious & a demanding leader
- With several years of digital and analog marketing experience in a dynamic environment with measurable results
- You are well-versed in SEO and SEA and know the most important levers for optimization and scaling in online marketing.
- Strongly experienced in using tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Your organizational skills, agility, KPI-oriented mindset and affinity for processes, data and numbers round out your hands-on mentality
