**DAS BEWEGST DU**:

- Du übernimmst die strategische Kommunikation und Führung deiner Kunden
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Führung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams
- Du berätst in allen mediaübergreifenden Themen
- Du formulierst Strategievorgaben und Entwicklungsziele für die entsprechenden Kanäle
- Du planst und führst strategisch wichtige Kundenpräsentationen durch
- Du stellst die operativen Arbeitsprozesse und Ergebnisse deines Teams sicher
- Du beobachtest den Markt, identifizierst Wachstumsmöglichkeiten und treibst das Thema „Media Innovationen“ voran

**DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS**:

- Du hast bereits mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Mediaplanung/-Beratung
- Du verfügst über mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft
- Du hast bereits eigenständig Kunden-Accounts über alle Mediakanäle hinweg betreut und bist vertraut in der umfassenden Mediaplanung
- Du bist aufgeschlossen gegenüber neuen Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten und hast Lust, dein Wissen auf diesem Gebiet ständig weiterzuentwickeln
- Du kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge zielgruppengerecht darstellen und überzeugend präsentieren
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis, hohe Eigenmotivation und besitzt einen ausgeprägten Innovationsanspruch, um auch neue Wege mitzugestalten
- Du schätzt teamorientiertes Arbeiten, besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ein hohes Maß an Kontaktstärke, Organisationstalent, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Flexibilität
