**Client Director (m/w/d) - Services Sales**

Unser Professional Services Team bietet unseren Kunden die Möglichkeit, einen Return on Investment (ROI) aus ihrer Investition in OpenText Enterprise Information Management (EIM)-Produkte zu erzielen. Als Client Manager für zugewiesene deutsche Kunden sind Sie für alle Aspekte im Zusammenhang mit Professional Services verantwortlich, einschließlich des Verkaufs und der Erbringung von Services.

Zu diesen Services gehört die Implementierung von Lösungen, die auf OpenText Produkten basieren, einschließlich der Entwicklung und Unterstützung kundenspezifischer Lösungen. Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Teams aus den Bereichen Sales, Pre-Sales, Value Engineering und anderen Service Einheiten, wie z.B. den Fachexperten, Learning Services, Managed Services und Cloud Services, zusammen.

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Umsatzgenerierung und den Erfolg Ihrer zugewiesenen Kunden und arbeiten eng mit Ihren Teamkollegen deutschlandweit zusammen, um Ihre Teamziele zu erreichen.

**Das erwartet Sie**:

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales Team, um sicherzustellen, dass die Beratung an Verkaufschancen gekoppelt ist
- Weiterentwicklung unserer Services
- Entwicklung, Präsentation und Abschluss von Vorschlägen für professionelle Dienstleistungen, einschließlich RFI / RFP-Antworten
- Identifizieren, Qualifizieren und Verwalten des Pre-Sales für Beratungsmöglichkeiten (Zusammenarbeit mit bestehenden Kunden, potenziellen Kunden und internen Produktkontenmanagern)
- Erstellen einer Pipeline mit Möglichkeiten zur Generierung von Buchungen, die den vierteljährlichen Budgeterwartungen entsprechen
- Verständnis und Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Ressourcenprognosen und Opportunity-Prognosen mithilfe geeigneter verfügbarer Tools
- Verwaltung und Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Lieferung von SOWs, Einholung erforderlichen Genehmigungen sowie Verwaltung des Vertrags
- und Rechnungsstatus
- Leitung der Vertragsverhandlungen von Dienstleistungsverträgen mit Kunden und externen Lieferanten
- In Zusammenarbeit mit einem Projektleiter, Überprüfung der kommerziellen Parameter für alle Projekte zur Bereitstellung von Diensten und Verwaltung von Eskalationen

**Was es braucht**:

- Abgeschlossenes (Fach)Hochschul
- oder Fachhochschulabschluss
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT, idealerweise im Information Management Bereich
- Erfahrung im Verkauf und Bereitstellung von Professional Services Dienstleistungen
- Projektmanagementerfahrung und sehr gute Erfolge im Abschluss von Aufträgen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgepräge Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsmentalität, sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Eine Projektmanagement Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft nach Bedarf für Kunden
- und interne Besprechungen.
