Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen des 1st und 2nd Level
Support.

Wir arbeiten remote und ab und zu gemeinsam im Büro.
Wir arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und pflegen eine offene
Feedbackkultur. Wir suchen den engen Kundenkontakt,
damit wir innovativ unser Produkt voranbringen.

Was erwarten wir
von Dir?

Du hast bereits 2 oder mehr Jahre Erfahrung im
Kundenservice gesammelt und bist mit der Arbeit und den
Aufgaben eines digitalen Unternehmens mit Schwerpunkt
SaaS vertraut.

Hard Skills

Confluence, Jira, Pipedrive, Slack oder MS Teams sind für
dich keine fremden Tools.

Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (sprachlich
und schriftlich).

Du bringst technisches Verständnis mit und bist
aufgeschlossen gegenüber neuen Entwicklungen.

Soft Skills

Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, hast ein hohes
Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl
gegenüber Deiner Arbeit und unseren Kund:innen.

Du übernimmst die direkte Bearbeitung von Anfragen
unserer Kund:innen per Telefon und E-Mail.

Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen vor, während und nach
der Buchung und stehst bei Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur
Seite.

Du kümmerst Dich um die Aufnahme, Klassifizierung und
Analyse von Kundenanfragen und
Verbesserungsvorschlägen via Ticketsystem.

Du pflegst eine gute, wertschätzende Kommunikation mit
allen Kolleg:innen und arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen
Vertrieb, Produkt Management, Buchhaltung und
Marketing zusammen.

Du wirkst beim Aufbau und der Pflege unserer
Wissensdatenbank mit.

Du beteiligst Dich aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung der
Strukturen, Prozesse und Systeme für unseren
Kundenservice.
