E.ON One is a new EnergyTech subsidiary of the E.ON group, focused on revolutionizing the way digitization is used to enable the energy transition. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our dynamic team.

As **Chief of Staff**, you will report to the CEO. You will support and represent the Managing Directors of E.ON One (CEO, CFO and CTO) and the organisation in many strategic initiatives. Work as the day-to-day, right hand to the CEO and you will attend meetings on behalf of the executive team and lead strategic planning processes across the organisation. In this critical role, you’ll execute the following tasks:
**Responsibilities**
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the executive team, supporting them in decision-making
- Facilitate an open flow of communication between the various departments
- Collaboration in developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives, through research, analyzing trends and gathering market intelligence to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and support cross-functional projects, which includes establishing project timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Represent the CEO internally and externally, with customers, partners and investors
- Collaborate with different department leads to develop and execute the company's strategic plan and manage cross-functional projects
- Participate in engagements with senior stakeholders within the E.ON Group internationally
- Provide administrative, financial, and operational support to the executive team

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in a high-performance area, such as an strategy consulting environment, as well as proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry or energy sector
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a strong strategic thinking as well as good knowledge of the energy industry
- Hands-on experience with strategic projects, analytical mindset and problem-solving orientated
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design, with the ability to create visually impactful presentations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, incl. senior executives
- Willingness to travel within Europe (10%)
- A high emotional intelligence level, paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
