**FULL-TIME**

**_ WHAT YOU WILL DO_**
- Defining the vision of SEO strategy
- Developing and executing best-in-class SEO strategies across twenty international markets
- Working closely with a dedicated Product & Engineering team to prioritize and deliver the right development for SEO
- Manage and grow an international SEO team - leading, coaching, and mentoring the team, ensuring clear objectives and development plans.
- Be a source of knowledge for all things SEO, proactively sharing ideas and recommendations on the latest developments in SEO and the wider industry
- Accountable for implementing, driving, and optimizing SEO strategies.
- Ensure SEO efforts are having a positive commercial impact.
- Nail the optimization/continuous improvement process for SEO.
- Raise SEO literacy amongst the pillar. Be champion of the data and trends and own the narrative and comms

**_ WHAT YOU BRING IN_**
- You have **5+ years **of experience, with past experiences in SEO for **e-commerce **or **marketplace** websites
- Technical SEO knowledge**:optimization** of the website structure and internal linking
- Knowledge of **SEO tools** like the Google Search Console, crawlers, data dashboards like Data studio or Power BI and you can perform log analysis (_Oncrawl, Botify_ or similar tool)
- **Proven leadership experience**, able to build, lead and inspire SEO team and engage IT and content team to successful outcomes
- You are a natural at getting things done: you know how to cut through ambiguity and how to maintain laser focus on narrowing the scope, rather than expanding it
- Ability to play with data and A/B testing
- Fluency in English
