**Deine Aufgaben**:
**Über die Position**:
In deiner Rolle als Head of SEO bist du für die strategische Planung und Umsetzung aller SEO-Aktivitäten verantwortlich. Die Abteilung besteht aus drei Bereichen:
- einem eingespielten und engagierten Redaktionsteam
- einem sehr effizienten Presse
- und Linkbuilding Team
- sowie einem Mitarbeiter für den Bereich Technical SEO
Die Optimierung unserer Portale im Hinblick auf die Platzierung von Bannern und anderen Werbemitteln liegt direkt in deiner Verantwortung. Zusätzlich leitest du eigenständig Projekte und bist dadurch auch operativ tätig.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- (Weiter-) Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen SEO-Strategie zur Steigerung des organischen Traffics (on
- und offpage)
- Leitung eines eingespielten und erfahrenen Redaktionsteams
- Leitung eines effizienten Outbound Teams zum Aufbau von Backlinks
- Technische SEO-Analysen und Optimierung aller Portale
- Planung und Umsetzung von A/B Tests, um die Effektivität von SEO-Maßnahmen und Website-Änderungen zu überwachen (insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Platzierung von Werbemitteln, Optimierung der CTRs etc.)
- Überwachung und Analyse der Website-Leistung mithilfe von Tools wie Matomo, Google Analytics und Google Search Console
- Krisenmanagement und schnelle Reaktion auf Algorithmus-Updates oder Ranking-Verluste
- Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung über den Fortschritt der SEO-Initiativen und die Erreichung der Ziele
**Dein Profil**:
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5-7 Jahre relevante (Führungs-)Erfahrung in allen oben genannten Disziplinen der Suchmaschinenoptimierung inkl. nachweisbarer Erfolge
- Idealerweise verfügst du über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bist technisch stark und kannst im Bereich Technical SEO Projekte leiten oder eigenständig umsetzen
- Du bist kreativ und erfahren, wenn es darum geht, eine optimale Backlink-Strategie (on
- und offpage) zu entwickeln und zu implementieren
- Deine Fähigkeit zur schnellen Anpassung an Veränderungen in der SEO-Landschaft und zur Umsetzung von Best Practices zeichnet dich aus
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Analyse
- und Reporting-Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung mit SEO-Tools
- Dein Wissen im Bereich der Suchmaschinenoptimierung ist State of the Art und du bildest dich fortlaufend weiter
- Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu erklären
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
