As Head of Organic Acquisition at Consultport, you will drive our organic acquisition growth through constant development of our strategic content production, SEO (on-page and off-page), optimizations, and amplifying it across social platforms, blogs, podcasts, and webinars. If you're ready to make a substantial impact and drive our organic acquisition forward, we welcome your expertise and leadership to elevate Consultport to new levels of success.


Your role


Content Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop our overall SEO and content marketing strategy (on-page and off-page)
  • Drive the implementation of our SEO and organic growth initiatives, to improve search rankings and increase organic visibility
  • Optimize all web-related aspects, such as improving website UX, growing conversions, planning content, optimizing and execution of our SEO strategy
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for content optimization
  • Develop and optimize our landing pages, acquisition-oriented pages, templates, content pieces, freebies, and tools that we offer
  • Conduct AB tests for conversion improvements and experiment to scale acquisition
  • Oversee copy and design creation, and ensure a high quality and alignment with our Consultport brand voice, style, and design standards while optimizing acquisition growth.
  • Manage our designer, content creators, and copywriters, and provide guidance to enhance content quality, performance & user growth
  • Track and analyze growth and performance metrics of content and web, and make data-driven recommendations to grow & optimize our user growth


You would be a great fit if you have…

  • 3+ years of organic growth marketing experience with expertise in SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, and email marketing
  • Very strong sense for great content quality that attracts and converts users
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and the B2B service industry
  • Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • A keen interest in the global consulting industry and future of work topics
  • Excellent communication (English must, German and French nice to have)
