Your Tasks - What You can expect as Intern (f/m/d) Global C&B and HR Analytics?

You assist in implementing new modules/ functionalities in the HR Information System.

You support the administration and enhancement of the HR Information System.

You analyze and implement process documentation.

You support periodic and ad-hoc reporting.

You test new releases of the HR Information System.

You assist in enhancing people analytics capabilities and conducting data analysis, as well as in developing and modifying job profiles.

You support global compensation and benefit projects.

Your Profile - What do You bring as Intern (f/m/d) Global C&B and HR Analytics ?

You are currently a student or graduate in business administration, computer science, or a closely related field.

You have a strong IT affinity and curiosity to work with software solutions.

You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and you have a keen sensitivity to numbers coupled with logical thinking.

You have a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.

You should, ideally, already have experience with SuccessFactors.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages would be an advance.

You are available for at least six months, starting as soon as possible.
